Do you spend too much time on sales processing, production, packing and despatch and not enough time being creative? Do you have the feeling that things should be easier? Or that you should be getting more out of the business? You are not alone. Every business can be more efficient.
‘Lean Manufacturing’ is a collection of simple techniques together with a ‘continuous improvement’ philosophy to achieve ever increasing efficiency. Lean principles and techniques are firmly rooted in common sense and ease of application.
